Pros
Seem to care about the employees it represents. I was informed by the contracted establishment they had informed LanceSoft about my termination. They indeed did not when i informed LanceSoft they quickly contacted me and emailed my separation documents.
Cons
All people i talked to had heavy accents and called me at late hours. They also do not seem to realize when one is working for them. i would get several calls from other reps for the position while i was contracted. i also informed them i could not start until a certain date and they tried to get me to start before that date.
