      Pros

      It is easy to apply and work for the companies LanceSoft represents. I have benefits and a 401k.

      Cons

      Lots of turn over. In the 3.5 years I have been with the company I have had 5 staff members assigned to me.

      Lancesoft took a chance on me without hesitation and proved to be a fantastic employer. Lancesoft is employee focused and attentive.

      Cons

      There was a two week delay in my start date due to miscommunication with hiring company.
