Pros

Supportive TL's and managers around the place, friendly environment to work with. You will get enough help from seniors, as per current industry, location wise pay is good. Never got delayed on salary or hike. Even if you fail

Cons

Poor top management, changes every other day. They need to work on getting new resources/ candidate pool. Freshers might find it difficult to stand a chance here. They will ask you to come on weekends if target isn't met.

Good for freshers and to learn things

Cons

Work policies are too bad, they suddenly change policies of targets and Seniors don't know about your performance they will only targeting you. No resoures are allowed to you, No hike no promotions even they are not transparent about your incentives.
