Everyone at Lancesoft is so patient with me and always there when I need help with something.

Cons

Nothing I have to negative to say about Lancesoft and their employees. The work assignment is very hard sometimes but other than that it's a good opportunity.

Always in contact. They keep you up to date on changes. They offer benefits. If you don’t get an answer the higher ups will contact you and make it happen.

Cons

Calls during working hours when a text to call back when I’m available would be sufficient.
