In the short span working under Lancesoft for Boeing industry im very impressed with their constant communication. Ashish Tomar has been an excellent HR representative, taking time to call or send an email checking on my employment, my well being, was there anything I needed or any questions he could answer! Never have had a contracting company that cared so much about their employees. HR manager Alice was very helpful & took time out of her schedule to do a meet & greet. I would recommend Lancesoft to anyone for employment opportunities.

Lancesoft definitely exceeded my expectations by all means. They value their employees, answers all queries promptly. Quick follow up & prompt pay. Both the point of contacts I worked with are amazing.
