I’m delighted to share the many pros of working for LanceSoft! 1. LanceSoft opened the door for me in 2019 to work for one of its prestigious client companies. LanceSoft performed due diligence not only to properly vet me as a candidate, but also ensure the right fit for its client. From day one, the client demonstrated trust and confidence in my skill set. I attribute much of this to LanceSoft’s onboarding process. 2. LanceSoft’s payroll is very efficient; their system is state of the art. Additionally, after having increased my role and responsibilities over time, LanceSoft granted me an increase in pay. I attribute this to their recognition of my accomplishments, which is rare among consulting firms. 3. LanceSoft is proficient in all aspects of its employee care. A lot of other consulting firms take their workers for granted, whereas LanceSoft does not! In particular, I commend Marium K, an Executive in the Employee Care dept. Marium is beyond amazing! Marium has reached out regularly to see how I’m doing, and always offers to help with any concerns. Marium is extremely professional , knowledgeable, efficient, and manages the employee/employer relationship exceptionally well. This means a lot to contractors and consultants like me who work at client companies. I feel valued and appreciated, like an employee, which is rare these days. I am honored to work here!
