      Pros

      I am currently working with LanceSoft, and my experience so far has been very positive. The recruitment process was smooth and well organized. The team is professional, supportive, and always responsive whenever I have questions or need assistance. Payroll has been timely and accurate, which I really appreciate. Communication from the management and HR team has been clear and helpful. Overall, LanceSoft provides a good work environment and strong support for its employees, and I am happy to continue working with them.

      I’ve had a great experience with LanceSoft. From the beginning, the team was helpful, responsive, and made the contract process easy. They answered all my questions quickly, and payroll has been on time every two weeks without any issues. I also appreciate that they offer benefits. Overall, it’s been a very good experience working with them.
