No pros at all, please dont join this company as they dont care about employee.

1. Noone is there to solve your queries. You keep asking questions in mail, call them etc but noone replies. They dont even have the courtesy to call you back. 2. Very very poor management.

My Job search was made very easy when Lancesoft came into the picture! Not only did they secure a position with a leading company, but they where able to negotiate the salary that I needed to have.
