there are good colleagues who are willing to teach and share. People are nice, you have flexible working hours and paid over time working. A lot of opportunities to work overseas and have long business trips.
Cons
Management is non- existing, everyday is like working in a real life office drama, you won't get promotions and overall not a good environment if you are looking for a healthy and meaningful career life.
