      There aren't any at all

      Cons

      If you don't comply with their ideals you will never get a promotion even as one of the most capable employees in such a high turnover environment because they treat employees like garbage you are a number that is all which is sad for a 100 + employee business

      Great environment and experience. I learned more in a few months here than anywhere else. The staff is very welcoming and willing to help.

      Cons

      Some days are very busy, some days are very slow. Not a con if you like that sort of work pacing though. Testing systems can include monotonous assembly work
