I like that even though I work in Rwanda under a particular project I can be asked to lend a hand in different LOL projects in the vicinity.

Cons

At the moment I cannot think of any. It has been such an amazing experience in the four months that I have worked with the organization.

Good working environment. Rewards/recognition/compensation for hard work. Does not tolerate non-performers. Open door policy where you can walk in to any office if the need for help arises . Employees are involved in decision making involving their work. Always updated with developments in the organization, locally as well as internationally.
