Great brand name, Great Sr Leadership - the president is the best leader I've ever been experienced.

Cons

There are some on the leadership team 2 levels below the President and Sr VPs that are anything but real leaders.

Coworkers and management are friendly and communicate well. Benefits are above average. Management seems to care and it is a good industry for a recession.

Cons

Pay seems to be less than other companies of a similar size but a heavy workload is still expected. Technology is a little behind.

Good colleagues. Nice atmosphere. The work was really challenging but it is an industry in which challenges are always to be expected.

Cons

The atmosphere at Land O' Lakes is a bit stoggy, and I did not like working in the far north suburbs.
