Cool offices & flashy website attracts good talent - but that’s all there’s to it - a good façade.

Cons

There is minimal to no business acumen at the leadership level, resulting in repeated rounds of layoffs caused by excessive overhead spending and poorly conceived initiatives driven by an unproven marketing team. The marketing group has gained an unprecedented level of control over certain aspects of business operations, which is uncommon in design firms. Compensation is below market across all levels.
