They have amazing people in the team. There are plenty of benefits and great work culture.

Cons

Management can sometimes be a little rough around the edges. Salaries can be increased. They wanted to become amazon.

Pros

Everybody is hands-on and collaborative. Everyone. Communication across teams and from leadership is the best I've seen in a company I've worked for. On my team, my feedback and ideas are sought out and often implemented. Best part? Email is not how we communicate here and it's glorious.

Cons

I don't really have any cons at the moment. Unless you're an email-lover.

If you require a lot of structure and micromanagement to do your job well, you may struggle to thrive here.
