Pros

Staff council taking ideas/concerns regularly and working hard to make a great working environment for everybody. Some buildings are old but clean and maintained. New buildings/infrastructures are nice. Leadership communicate openly and frequently in meetings. Salaries keeping up with job market. Great library with great librarians.

Cons

Alot of important software are old and can really use modernization.

flexibility, independence, a really great team and supervisor

Cons

the employer/college doesn't care about pt employees at all. don't take this job if you need a job, take it if you are just a rich person with some fun ideas about how to spend your free time tutoring.
