Pros
Good vacation and staff interactions. Professors and advisors very much care for the students they teach. New staff are trying to make a positive difference in the culture and procedures. Many people work very hard to make it a place that changes students lives.
Cons
Some bad apples have been allowed to remain at the school. It has poisoned the moral in some offices and has led to good people leaving. Many ways of doing things are stuck in the past (1980's). Some have a "That's the way we have always done it" outlook. Too many meetings.
