Pros

Students and mission is great! Many very committed staff and faculty that care and have years of experience working with this population of students.

Cons

Unorganized, chaotic, and overall unhealthy institutional culture. Extremely high turn-over. Many, many employees feel very beat up on, unappreciated, and unsupported. The discrepancy of wage between top-tier leadership and others is astonishing.

Pros

There's a lot of freedom, working as a student worker at Landmark. You get to dictate what days of the week you work by discussing it with other students working the same position. It's very hands-off, they trust you to do your job.

Cons

There's a lack of direction and training. Often, Landmark professors or faculty are responsible for being the managers of these student jobs, rather than anyone working in the Student Center or at HR. This can lead to people who are already busy simply not having the time to train you or instruct you on your job.
