Pros

The salary offered was fair. Their benefits are pretty decent. With the price of oil this ridiculously high, oil companies have tons of cash to spend on Landmark's products. However, they don't really seem to be lining up...

Cons

The company is owned by Halliburton, so you have to deal with all the negative aspects and associations that come along with that. It's located in TX, so if you're used to working in a diverse environment, you may want to think twice about signing up. There is no opportunity for equity participation (stock options), which is rare for a technology company.
