Pros

More work time flexibility compared to other Halliburton Services Line. However, that doesn't include work from home. Halliburton offers a lot of training, which is good. Budget for trainings have almost all been cancelled because of the oil market turmoil though. Pay is average, but benefits are good (unlimited sick days, employee stock purchase plan...). Halliburton and Landmark still benefit from a good reputation.

Cons

Lack of processes, lack of communication between the different team, no incitation to thrive and deliver high quality service to the customer. Each team has its own agenda, customers do not benefit from it..
