      I’m trying really hard to say good things.

      Pros

      They have resources. They are nice, at least to your face. They have great products in markets that aren’t over built.

      Cons

      Unless you’re working from home, in the club, or live in Athens you have NO work life balance. When you bring this up you’re basically told that it’s just the nature of the job. If you’re seasoned, you’re probably going to work for someone way less qualified than you. Culture is a pro and a con because it’s forced. A bunch of people in Athens think of things they like then they roll it out to all of us non Athens people. All in all we focus way to much on what we do well, which is build nice products in over saturated markets, and completely neglect what we need to work on... literally everything else.

      Best in Student Housing!

      Pros

      Landmark has the best culture out of any student housing company. They foster relationships with their employees so much that many have worked here for well over 5+ years. If you're looking for career opportunities with the fastest growing student housing company that is BEST in it's industry, then Landmark is the home for you.

      Pros

      Room for growth Decent salary All over the country opportunities

      Cons

      Hiring process was rushed Corporate office harps on work/life balance but non existent at the site level, especially when managers are supposed to work weekends but also have things to do during the week, taking time off is hard Too many conference calls/meetings during the week
