Ability to make decisions and implement best practices. Input is valued and applied by management.

Cons

Lack of corporate training platform. Also, operating on outdated software. The industry is in need of change and Landmark needs to be a major part in doing so. Innovation is key.

Landmark has the best culture out of any student housing company. They foster relationships with their employees so much that many have worked here for well over 5+ years. If you're looking for career opportunities with the fastest growing student housing company that is BEST in it's industry, then Landmark is the home for you.

-Close company culture -Corporate office is a great resource for on-site employees -Good benefits -Good pay/bonus potential for lease up properties -There is a lot of room to grow within the company/they like to promote from within -Understand work/life balance
