Above average pay. Great core values Bonus benefits are ok. They are good with training.

Cons

No support for site managers. Disregards concerns that are brought to their attention. Certain corporate employees can be trouble due to their immaturity and unprofessionalism especially when visiting on site.

Pros

Pretty good atmosphere and co workers. We had a lot of time to bond and everyone is open to suggestions.

Cons

It took some time to make things happen. I guess it was the whole approval process from corporate that took quite a while, but that kind of set us back at times.

Pros

You work with people your age. Fun team building activities. Lots of incentives to increase leases.

Cons

The way corporate wants us to "market" prices/ apartments is sometimes manipulative. Work can be very tedious and boring. Not always willing to work with your class/ personal schedule.
