      Free food/promo, nice office building, good for college grads, and company gives donations to charity.

      Cons

      Poor benefits/pay, favored employees, lack of training,extremely long commission payouts, etc.

      Pros

      Seemed like many of the employees from corporate enjoyed their jobs (notice I said many, not all)

      Cons

      Promised commission after commission and never got paid for ANY of them. Landmark management was very poor, had to deal with complaint after complaint.
