      Pros

      Working at Landmark Properties has been a really positive experience for me. The company provides great opportunities for growth, especially if you're motivated and willing to put in the effort. In my leasing role, I was able to build strong sales skills, earn commission, and gain valuable real-world experience working with residents and prospects.

      Cons

      There are very few cons, if any. One thing I wish had been better was the hourly pay rate. However, the company does help offset that by offering reduced rent if you live at the property and providing opportunities to earn bonuses if you work hard.

      Traveling

      Pros

      Lots of traveling but they really take care of their employees paying for traveling and lodging

      Cons

      Towards the end we had to start staying in the model home versus a hotel, the only con I didn’t like

      Pros

      I loved my property manager and learned a lot of valuable skills in cold calling

      Cons

      The maintenance management was behind almost 90% of the time so dealing with really angry parents was definitely not ideal
