      Great For a College Job Despite Incompetent Corporate

      - Great pay and benefits as a part time college job - Depending on your manager they will let you choose you schedule and work around the classes

      Cons

      - Corporate is stricken with nepotism and incompetence. When escalating issues they simply look down on and ignore the staff raising the issues.

      You are kind of working for the devil in how they get people to sign leases/treat tenants.
