Pros

Fun-( until Sears tried to manage you and the LE Staff) It was fun being creative with product Product usually sold itself due to quality

Cons

Sears having control over payroll and other aspects of business is a death spiral. Sears is stuck in 1970's-80's management style. Easily sucked into their nightmare world making it impossible to manage staff. They prefer to micromanage retail staff. Little to no recognition when you were able to increase sales in a dying mall store Backstabbing is encouraged and it is so unprofessional. Little to no training with regards to LE policies v. Sears making it very difficult to work within the guidelines of "Who do I really work for" this week Management of LE was little to no assistance when issues occurred

Pros

Friendly associates, nice customers, creative environment, able to create and discover new trends and color schemes and learn more about fashion as an individual

Cons

They choose management based upon favorites even though they show unfair tendencies towards certain individuals. You can be stuck doing 3 people's jobs for 4 months and work 50 or more hours a week and not be compensated nor promoted or even acknowledged
