Pros

I loved working for Lands' End. The people are professional but personable. Upper management looks to promote from within, and they are always grooming staff for advancement. Also, Lands' End provides superior customer service, and the home office and call center (because it is an online and catalog business as well) were very supportive in anything I needed at a store level to satisfy my customers. I learned a lot about retail and visual merchandising working for Lands' End, and I absolutely love the brand, so of course that contributed to the pride I took in my job there.

Cons

Due to Lands' End's association with Sears there were a lot of dotted lines in who I reported to, as well as corporate disagreements that trickled down to the store level and effected my staff's and my job.
