Pros

Unfortunately, I really have to think about some pros of working here. I guess a pro could be that I did get a pay check....but that's about it.

Cons

Oh boy, where to begin... The extreme micromanagement is suffocating, limiting, and could not care any less about your dreams and aspirations to grow and broaden your horizons. You want a pay raise, different job opportunity? Too bad! The only way to get anywhere within LE is to leave to company, get a job somewhere else, and then come back to LE. Another con, the CEO's come and go with the season. It's hard to follow and stay loyal to a company when even the captain doesn't want to stay with the sinking ship. Whenever you have no idea what direction your employer is going, why would you want to get involved with a company that has employees who repeated say "it's not like it used to be..."

Pros

Had been a great place to work until a few years ago. Great people, great culture, work life balance, awesome work out facility. The brand still has huge potential, if they don't continue to screw up.

Cons

Pay is heavily weighted towards C-suite folks and they pay peanuts to the rest of the employees up till director level. The eyeopener was when in 2014 they disclosed the bonus and raises to the CEO and CFO after the spin off. This, when the employees have been receiving no bonuses, and hardly any raises or promotions for many years. The HR policies in general have led to increased frustrations and heavy turnovers in the last 5 years and hardly any action has been visible, to reverse that trend.
