Pros

Opportunity to grow in Canvas environment, as things are still being defined for the brand. Creative people in work environment.

Cons

Having creative, talented people who are unable to update the aesthetic of the brand as well as changing any types of processes to facilitate efficiency. Driving two hours a day from the small city of Madison to the remote town of Dodgeville. Poor upper management that is unqualified and does not harvest growth in their departments. No investment in individual growth or incentives to strive harder to make the brand more relevant. Office is outdated and not conducive for creative thinking. Food is sub par in cafeteria- not many restaurants to dine at besides fast food.

Pros

Very laid back company with very nice employees. The company is very active in the community and sponsors many local events. Lands' End cares a lot about their employees and their customers.

Cons

If you are not used to a very laid-back company you may not like the "vibe" at Lands' End. Things can feel slightly disorganized at times.

Pros

The fitness center is great, but you only get a chance to use it in the morning or evening. Some of the people are OK, but that's about it.

Cons

Became a very cut-throat environment. Used to be collaborative and people worked together. When I left it was every person for themself and each department was working toward different end goals. Developing product that was more about what management wanted and not what the customer wanted.
