Pros

Flexibility is great if you need time off on occasion. You receive unpaid hours and earn paid hours based on the hours you work. Most employees are flex employees and do not receive benefits.

Cons

Seems no one can hold to a decision. The plan is always changing to compete in the marketplace. One manager tells you one thing and someone else says something different. No consistancy.

Pros

Land'send is your basic facotry work but has some great perks! For seasonal peak ( oct - dec) you can't beat the work out facilty that they have for those cold winter nights. They have a nice pool, indoor track, and weight room at your disposal. They also have impressive employee discount in the holiday season. For a factory job you really can't complain.

Cons

It is a factory job. Some departments are better for staying active. Sometimes it is slower but not bad. The pay is was about $10 an hour if I remember correctly. So if you are lookign for some extra holiday cash i would recomend it.
