Pros

The hours were flexible. I was able to work here and still run my own business.

Cons

Management is horrible especially if you are African American and speak up to them. They will keep you on during peak and get rid of people over petty things afterwards. I called them out on racism on multiple occasions and they have been trying to find a reason to get rid of me. They have fake customers going to your phone and they eavesdrop on the call. They only want to keep the majority of their ethnicity with the company. When confronting them they act confused and brush it off. They pretend to deal with it just to make it look good on paper. However; they are working on a plan to get rid of you. They also lie and pretend like they have talked to you on several occasions, but they don't. When they are hiring towards the end of the year, it is seasonal not guaranteed permanent. They will not tell you that though. They will act like they want to keep everyone on, but that is not the case. I have never had any issues with any company in my 10 years of working in customer service regarding my performance, so I know they were making things up. They didn't have proof of these numbers. You basically have to take their word. Then the policies are not the same if you treat the customer what the policy states.
