Pros

The schedule was great. You were able to work what was best for you and volunteer for time if it was available.

Cons

This is going to take a while. 1.) Management does not know how to manage - example, the management will take the words of others who are attempting to sabatoge people against the proof that the person may have. There are people that can do no wrong even though they are incredibly rude and very unprofessional. 2.) The people that are “in charge” have their group of people they are friends with and will do anything to make sure they are not blamed for any wrong doing. 3.) The owners are a joke. They don’t care nor do they know how to operate a business. There is a reason customers are going another direction and choosing other FBOs. 4.) The customer service workers, if you want to call them that, are all about drama and DO NOT Like new people. They do not want to train people. When they are forced to, they teach them the wrong thing or multiple ways. Then the new person gets in trouble. Not a single person knows the correct way to do anything there. 5.) The bosses attempt to preach that they are open and willing to new ideas, but when you have a new idea and they tell you to try it, you get in trouble because the ladies at the desk do not want to try it and do it wrong. 6.) The “marketing team” is a joke. They attempt to tell people how to do their job, but knows nothing about how to do it. The color of the pens and the new logo is really not that important. The customers should come first, but all they care about is if they paid. The problem is they dont know how to see if they paid, they get paid regardless. For what? Still haven’t figured that out.
