      Smart people. Some really neat projects. Flexibility. Decent benefits.

      Disorganized. Chaotic at times. Very different experiences within different departments. Internal structure is lacking.

      Good place to work with a lot of flexibility

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility. Can work in the office, at home, as much as you'd like. Love not having to commute into midtown every day. Projects around NYC are really cool and you get a lot of exposure to all sorts of things from CAD to inspections and construction observation.

      Cons

      Pay could be significantly better, especially for being in the most expensive city in the world. PTO also isn't fantastic.
