Pros

You can work at home. If you need time off to go to doctor’s office or other necessary engagements, there are flexibilities within the work hour to request time off. Decent benefits.

Cons

Hourly pay should be raised as you put in more time into this job. But so far no increase in pay.

Pros

No one behind your back all the time, working from home, they provide the supplies.

Cons

Pay is very low, do not pay for vacations for part time people or sick days. No salary increase unless you wait every 5 years.
