Decent Company

Pros

Pros where the OT hrs and benefits, basically you get what you give don't expect much but offer stability

Cons

Adherence and calls, try to show employees you care, no that they are all just numbers and quality scores. I believe also certain calls we handle that are not suited for the pay grade.

lowest paying interpreter jobs in the industry

Pros

Working from home. If you are inexperienced you will get decent training, I guess its suitable for a mom that woud like to work from home and doesn't necessarily need the money or benefits.

Cons

Low salary (minimum wage) , No benefits, No paid vacation or sickness. Every sick day counts as an occurrence . Company charges clients almost $4 per minute but pays the interpreter about $10 per hour!!!
