Great pay and benefits, hard-working and ethical co workers and management team.

Cons

None. Expectations are high because of the safety and potentially dangerous work conditions, but they run a tight ship and are meticulous about employees safety!

Cons

Bad management that doesn't care about their employees. The working hours are long and your coworkers create a terrible work environment. All they care about is getting work done. They don't care about what is going on in your personal life.
