Administration is the worst, they don’t care about their nurses, always understaffed, nurse-patient ratio is non existent. Little to non existent pay increase. They are only worried about patient satisfaction but they forget that employee satisfaction is the key. You won’t feel appreciate in any way. Also equipment is very old, stretchers, monitors, ekg machines, patients beds, computers, you name it
