      Pros

      They will hire you even if you don't have any experience and on-going certifications like your IV and state board license. They really need people.

      Cons

      Too much work load for the rate they give you. Extreme drama and pointing fingers for minor mistakes. Unhealthy working environment because of co-workers. Bad culture habits are unbreakable. Extremely high turn-over rate of techs.
