Repetitive, boring, not challenging, I bet ChatGPT could figure out how to do this job pretty quickly. Low pay but it makes sense for how easy the job is

In general, small teams and division heads are very engaged and supportive. Overall wellness program is outstanding.

Cons

Compensation is not commensurate with the rapidly rising cost of living in Northern Colorado. No parental leave - only unpaid FMLA. Limited remote work flexibility.
