Benefits are on par with local government with exception of 401k instead of pension/PERA like most others.

Cons

Horrific Management. Moody and temperamental commissioners that create culture of fear and unpredictability. Obsessed with trying to do all things culture, workplace balance, kumbayah. Sounds like it would be good, but it's exhausting going to weekly pep rallys and spirit weeks like you're in High School.
