Business Outlook
Pros
Clean working environment. Nice parking. Paid vacations, 401K, if you worked in a an office you got a one hour lunch.
Cons
The company was in continuous growth since 1985 until the CEO handed over the company to his daughter and son to run. For the past 4 years the company has been in decline, loosing customers. Some vendors aren't paid on time and we can't order parts unless it's cash or credit card. The CEO once told me you have to treat the workers like a robot. As a QA manager who recently left the company after working with the company for about 9 months said " the management is two faced" They tell you one thing yet do another.
