Pros
This company is very supportive with thorough sales training and positive management- I have worked for many sales companies and I will say this is the first sales role I feel fully supported by my regional manager as well as the VPS and corporate trainers- anytime you have a question, need help or need to strategize there is always someone available happy to help. The company does a great job at keeping meetings positive and giving recognition where it is due. The commission structure is very generous as well.
Cons
No cons as of yet- this position is what you make of it- if you are willing to put in the work you will be rewarded! Also fully remote and you have to be diligent and structured.
