Pros
Working at LaserAway is one of the best decisions I've made in my entire life. I was a bit skeptical about financial stability with their hourly pay and commission pay in the beginning, but my Regional made sure to reassure me and help me through the process. You definitely have to be willing to talk to people. The work itself is rewarding. You make your own paycheck. Be willing to learn and skim through the schedule a few days ahead, I guarantee you will be successful here at LaserAway. They are growing so fast. They have 71 locations to date. They also have a lot of opportunities for employees to grow within the company.
Cons
Dry days. I don't really have any cons, but be prepared you might have some dry days (that is normal in sales), but you gotta trust the process and plan out what you can do differently to have better days ahead. Healthcare benefits can be a little expensive. I didn't sign up for any Life Insurance or disability insurance because it was a little expensive; however if you are young and healthy, you might not need those aftervall.
