The job itself is quite easy. You get good discounts on services and products. The health insurance benefits are cheaper than they used to be.

Cons

It gets very tedious and not very interesting. They give you the minimum amount of time possible to complete treatments because they are booked back to back all day so you are constantly rushing through treatments in order to avoid running behind all day. The sales team essentially dictates the day/schedule, and change it whenever they want. It is very apparent that the company is solely focused on making a profit over everything else, sacrificing the quality of treatments in order to fit as many in a day as possible. The training is very little for most of the treatments that you will do, including injectables. Very little opportunity for growth.
