The schedule is always a mess. Nurses get burned out and are too scared to say anything in fear of reprimanding.

Pros

Nurses at LaserAway are treated very well! I was happy with all aspects of my employment at LA. The training is extensive, nurse assessment is given its full due, and compensation is generous. Regional Nurse Managers are always available for help and advocacy. SLACK was used for NP/PA assistance in medical situations. I al ways felt very supported.

Cons

You have to be flexible and ready for a very fast pace. Because of the retail aspect, expect to work on weekends. Sometimes the clients can be very demanding and difficult, sometimes rude (but the company stands behind its nurses in these situations!)
