5yThank you for your feedback. LaserAway has taken great lengths to ensure that staff always take their lunches, so this is surprising to hear. We adhere to state and federal regulations regarding lunches and breaks, and employee lunches are built into our daily schedule. If you are unable to take lunch at your scheduled time or it is interrupted, please use HR tools to report it, so we can ensure you are paid for your time, and we can look further into it to prevent it from happening in the future. Please reach out to your regional manager if you have any additional concerns.

5yThank you for sharing your thoughts! Coworkers are such a big part of any job, and we love that so many of our team members are friends outside of work. We do have on call shifts, which provides us with the flexibility to cover call outs, vacations, training days, as well as business needs, so we hope you can see the benefit of it too!
