Pros
I have been working with laseraway for almost 3 years and it has been such a blessing. The pay structure is unlike any other I've seen and you truly have no cap on the amount of money you can make if you work hard! The commission structure is high and there is a lot of potential to move upward with hard work. Its a great work environment and everyone knows each other even across different states and locations! The bosses (ceo,coo,president vps) somehow know every employees name which I have always found amazing! They offer a ton of support and training as well to help you get to the next level and assist you when you need guidance! I have been in the NY team for the last 3 years and our current regional is a huge support to us. You always feel like upper management want you to really succeed.
