-if you work hard, your pay check will reflect -opportunity to work remote part or full time -great leadership and management -highest commission structure/percentage I have found compared to any aesthetic or medical sales company -endless opportunity -great community and very family oriented (ex: family zoom call when company hit big quota with guest performers (last one was lil jon)

Cons

-sales/customer service is not for everyone, hard work required!

Pros

The best things about this job are the company culture and uncapped commission. This company is primarily women who all support and uplift one other. Although it is so large with over 60 locations, the owners and regional managers really make it feel like we are all on one team. The sales training is impeccable and they truly go above and beyond to make sure you have all the tools and resources available to succeed.

Cons

I really don't have any cons. Maybe that it lacks sales tiers such as a president club or for example the chance to make more commission when hitting a certain goal annually but regardless, they compensate well and really do give you any and all resources or training you need to truly succeed.

Great pay, most commission I've ever heard of. Competitive in a way that promotes growth and success. Executives and Upper management available for support and guidance. Opportunities to grow. VERY high retention to those that apply themselves. Flexibility. Continued training.

Cons

Requires dedication and a good work ethic to be successful.
