The overall culture, work life balance, diversity, BENEFITS ARE HORRIBLE. You get in trouble if you don’t clock out for lunch but will have nobody to cover you so you really can’t take a break. Extremely unorganized. Lie to patients all the time and encourage it. Owners are extremely rude for the most part and do not care about how the employees feel. They ask for input and then shut you down. Some of the regionals are unprofessional and talk about other employees and threaten you. Extremely greedy company that continues to take away all the benefits from their employees while they increase their profits every year. They make you sign your life away to work for the company so you cannot sue them.

The entire job is a disappointment. They sell you a dream of making 80-100k but you’ll be lucky to make $20 an hour. Each location is setup to make one person (the lead) money. Everyone else just does receptionist work and calls old leads. Management covers for sleazy sales people on the remote team that break the rules. Tons of favoritism going on. Top sales people succeed by breaking the rules, stealing sales, and selling treatments that won’t benefit the patient. Also, terrible benefits, terrible hourly for the receptionists who assist the lead.
