Absolutely love my team and the clinicians I work with! There are times when we may not ALWAYS get along but at the end of the day we have each other’s back. The ability to make money is there, with hard work it will pay off. The company is growing rapidly and I was lucky enough to be around to see the growth. I am a firm believer of sink or swim and being proactive when it comes to learning and thinking outside the box in order to succeed. This industry will always be in demand and I don’t ever foresee it slowing down. There is money to be made and the most successful ones are the ones who try and learn this business and more importantly are willing to try different techniques in selling. I’ve worked in several industries for sales from real Estate, B2B sales, recruiting, and by far this has been the best industry I have entered. No regrets leaving corporate America and getting into retail sales. This company may not be perfect and it will have growing pains but, out of any industry and management I’ve had. By far , the most supportive and lucrative! Most importantly never a dull day! I actually enjoy waking up and coming to work! Thank Laseraway!
